SanTan Village opened in 2007 at Williams Field Road and Loop 202. It's an open-air lifestyle center with about 1.2 million square feet of leasable space, sitting at the core of a 500-acre project. Open-air means the landscape is part of the shopping trip. Shade trees, planters and parking islands get seen up close by thousands of people. Around it you'll find pad buildings, offices and apartments that all want the same thing: a site that looks cared for on a Saturday afternoon.

Gilbert Economic Development lists SanTan Village, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, Ironwood Cancer Center and the Deloitte US Delivery Center as anchors of its Central Employment Area, right off the 202. That mix means very different schedules side by side. Retail wants crews gone before doors open. Offices care about entries and shade. Medical sites need clear, safe walkways. We plan visits around your traffic, not ours, and keep blowers away from patios and drive-thrus at busy hours.

Parking lots here are big and hot. Trees in narrow islands get the toughest life on the property, so we prune for clearance over cars and sidewalks and check drip emitters often. A broken line in a parking island can run unnoticed for days. We'd rather find it on a Tuesday walk than on your water bill. We also keep low limbs and shrubs clear of light poles and signs, so your lot stays bright and easy to read after dark.
