The Town's map describes this growth area as running a half mile west from Power Road, from a half mile north of Elliot Road down to a quarter mile north of Williams Field Road. The plan is industrial and business park jobs, backed up by shopping centers, with quick access to the Santan Freeway. For a landscape crew, that means long arterial frontages, big parking fields and buildings that need to look sharp from a car going 45.
