We're Hiring: Landscaping Jobs in the Valley
Pro Turf keeps HOAs, apartment communities and commercial properties across Greater Phoenix looking sharp, and we need good people to do it: crew members, crew leads and irrigation techs who show up, take pride in the work and would rather be outside than in a cubicle.
If you can handle a Phoenix July and still say good morning to the property manager, we'd like to meet you.
Jobs we're hiring for
Landscape Crew Member
The heart of every route. You'll mow, trim, prune, blow, pick up litter and keep HOAs, apartment communities and commercial properties looking sharp. Experience helps, but showing up and caring about the work count more. We'll teach the rest.
What we're looking for- Able to work outdoors in Arizona heat, all year
- Comfortable with physical work and landscape equipment
- Shows up on time and works well with a crew
- Landscape experience is a plus, not a must
Crew Lead / Foreman
You run a crew and a route: keep the team safe and on schedule, check the work before you leave a property, and talk with property managers when something needs attention. You set the standard the rest of the crew follows.
What we're looking for- Commercial landscape maintenance experience
- Experience leading a crew
- Clear communicator with crews and clients
- Valid driver's license (required)
Irrigation Technician
You find the leak everyone else walked past. You'll troubleshoot and repair commercial irrigation systems: valves, mainlines, laterals, drip, controllers and backflow assemblies, and help keep clients' water bills where they should be.
What we're looking for- Irrigation troubleshooting and repair experience
- Comfortable with controllers, valves and wiring
- Backflow repair experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license (required)
